Ingredients

    4c. whole wheat couscous, prepared
    1 can reduced-fat black beans
    1 pkg. Athenos Feta
    1t Cumin
    1t Garlic Salt
    Juice of one Lime
    1 can medium pitted olives

Directions

Cook couscous according to package directions. Drain and rinse black beans. Mix in spices and beans with couscous. Mix in lime juice. Add feta and olives.
