    1 jumbo egg
    1 tsp margarine/butter
    1-2 Tbsp water
    1 Tbsp chopped onion
    2 sliced Land'o'Lakes Honey Ham
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp Picanta Sauce
    2 Tbsp Fat Free sour cream


Break egg, beat with 1 tsp margarine & water. Spray pan with olive oil sray and heat. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook over medium heat, lifting sides so that uncooked egg flows underneath. When cooked, fill 1/2 side of egg with onion, cheese ham and picanta sauce. Fold egg in 1/2 & cook a little more. Remove from skillet and top with sour cream! Can also place in tortilla and make breakfast burrito or quesadilla!
