    2/3 c chopped onion
    1 sm clove of garlic
    1 bx chopped frozen spinach
    1 can mushrooms-chopped
    1/2 c breadcrumbs
    1/2 c shredded mozz cheese
    1/2 c yogurt
    1 can pillsbury layered biscuits


heat oven to 375. cook onion and garlic in skillet. Add spinach (thawed and drained), mushrooms, breadcrubms, cheese and yogurt. Separate biscuits in 1/2 and place in muffin pans. Flatten and push up sides of pan. spoon in mixture. Bake 15-20 mins until golden brown.
