    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/4 sugar
    dash salt
    1 cup pecans (chopped)

    2 Pints of any Fat Free Frozen Yogurt (softened)


Beat egg whites until frothy, add sugar and salt and beat until firm. Fold in chopped pecans. Spread evenly in pie dish (and up the sides). Put into a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

After crust cools, spread one pint of softened yogurt and then the other flavor on top.

Cover with foil and freeze until hard.

Top with caramel sauce if desired.
