Ingredients

    18 eggs
    1 small contanier (pint) cottage cheese
    1 # (4 cups) mozerella cheese
    1# ham, cut into small cubes
    2 small cans chopped green chiles
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 stick parkay, melted

Directions

Mix all ingredients well in large bowl
spray 13x9 inch pan with pam
add egg mixture
bake at 350 degrees for 60 min
makes 12 3inch square servings

You can mix everything ahead of time then bake when ready.

low fat mozerella and low fat cottage cheese, and parkay will change calorie count. this was how it was made when I had it.
