    Water chestnut
    Red pepper
    Soy sauce
    Garlic to taste
    Real salt to taste
    use chicken broth to cook (instead of oil)


Chop all ingredients. cook carrots firs t them remove.

Cook Chicken with some sauce, then remove

Cook remaining veggies with some sauce, then add chicken back in and cook together 4 5 more minutes.

Divide into 4 equal portions.

Eat as is or serve over brown rice.
