Super spicey turkey spaghetti Super spicey turkey spaghetti

    1 tbspn Olive oil
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 glass jars Ragu Chunky Super Chunky Mushroom
    1 package Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 cup basalmic Vinegar
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 cup walnuts
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    black pepper to taste


Grill onions, mushrooms & garlic in olive oil
add turkey until browned
add Ragu sauce
stir in basalmic, red wine, walnuts, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper and whatever else sounds good

Pour over spaghetti

Makes 8-10 servings
