    6 ounce can tuna (in water)
    1/4 cup shredded carrot
    1 hard boiled egg
    .5 TBS mayonaise (real mayonaise)
    2 TBS chopped onion


mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.

Can serve over whole wheat bread or toast or on a bed of raw spinach or mixed salad greens. (not added in calculations)
