    Flour, whole grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    splenda, 1 cup
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Orange Juice, .75 cup (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Cranberries, 1 cup, chopped (remove)


blend together dry ingredients, then beat in margarine. Beat in egg and orange juice. fold in raisins and cranberries.

spoon into a greased loaf or bundt pan. bake at 350 degrees for one hour and ten minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
