A moist yummy whole wheat bread that is quick and easy to make and rises in the oven too. A moist yummy whole wheat bread that is quick and easy to make and rises in the oven too.
Number of Servings: 1


    5 cups hot water
    3/4 cup honey
    5 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tablespoons instant yeast
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup gluten flour
    6 - 7 cups whole wheat four


1. In a large mixer with paddle attachment, beat hard for 1 minute water, honey, 5 cups flour and yeast.
2. Add salt, oil and gluten flour and beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Using a dough hook, mix in 6 to 7 cups of flour until the sough starts to leave or clean the sides of the mixing bowl.
4. Knead dough for about 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Divide into 5 loaves and place each loaf into a greased bread pan.
6. Let rise in a warm oven for about 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
