Ingredients

    4 hot dog buns cut in 1 inch pieces(I used low fat buns)
    4 eggs (or egg beaters)
    1 14 oz fat free can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup tiny marshmallows
    3/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
    5 lowfat graham cracker squares, coarsely crushed(1/2 cup)
    2 tbsp skim milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 F . Grease a 2 quart square baking dish:set aside. Place buns pieces on shallow baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 mins or until dry and crisp . Let cool .
2. In medium bowl lightly beat eggs. Stir in Sweetned condensed milk, 3/4 cup milk, vanilla, and nutmeg; set aside.
3. Place bun pieces in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup each of the marshmellows and chocolate pieces. Evenly pour milk mixture evenly all over . Let stand for 5 mins.Sprinkle w/crushed graham crackers. Bake uncovered for 35 mins. Sprinkle w/1/4 cup of the remaining marshmellows.Bake for about another 5 mins or more until a knife inserted near center comes out clean .
4. For drizzle, in a small sauce pan heat and whisk remaining marshmallows (I used about 1/4 cup ) 1/4 cup choc chips is what I used and 2 tbsp of skim milk over low heat untl melted and smooth . Drizzle over and let it cool for 20 to 30 mins

Makes 9 servings .. (I made 18 serving by cutting into 1 inch squares)
