    1 cut up chicken, skin and excess fat removed
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 onion cut into wedges
    4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
    6 tblsp fat free italian dressing


mix everything together and roast in oven until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
