    1 Pound Ground Turkey
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    1/2 medium green pepper chopped
    5 cups Whole Wheat Wide noodles, cooked
    1/2 pound Colby / American reduced fat cheese, cubed
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can condensed chicken with rice soup
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp salt


Cook ground turkey, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
