Ingredients

    2 cups rice cooked
    1 1/3 cups skim milk
    2tbsp of cornstarch
    10 tbsp fat free half/half
    1/4 cup organic sugar
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 snack size box raisans 1.5 oz.

Directions

Add cinnamon to cooked rice, mix and place in sprayed baking dish. In medium pot place skim milk, 8 tablespoons of ff half and half, butter and sugar and heat over medium heat till hot not boiling. Add 2 tbsp of 1/2 and 1/2 and 2 tbsp of cornstarch together and stir till smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to milk mixture stirring frequently until thickens. Add this mixture to cooked rice and blend together. Bake in same bowl 1 hour at 350 degrees or until light golden brown on top. Makes 5 1/2 cup servings
