Number of Servings: 40


    1 cup millet flour
    3/4 cup rice flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 tbsp. oil
    1 cup milk
    1 cup honey or light corn syrup
    cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg- to taste (optional)


Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add egg, oil, milk and honey. Mix well.
I put into mini muffin tins, but you can also use a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. I used mini muffin tins.
