I found an easy crock pot recipe and changed it into an easy 30 minute meal! I found an easy crock pot recipe and changed it into an easy 30 minute meal!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 can of Bush's Black Beans
    1 can of Spaghetti Sauce (I like 4 cheese sauce)
    I tub (24 oz) of lowfat cottage cheese
    1 pkg of Cheddar and Montery Jack shredded cheese (8 oz)
    1 pkg of *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna
    2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Italian Seasoning
    2 tbsp water


Cook pasta as directed, drain, and set on top of wax paper.
Mix black beans, sauce, olive oil, seasoning, and 2 TBSP water in a bowl. Spread a little bit of the sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Then layer pasta, bean/sauce, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese for 2-3 layers (you won't use all of the pasta, so the calories and fat should actually be a little less). Bake for 35 -40 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces (the serving size is actually pretty big!) ENJOY!
