Ingredients

1 C Chickpeas
1/3 cup plain non fat yogurt
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 tbs Cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground Cumin.
1 tbs lime juice
Directions
Blend Chickpeas in foodprocessor until coarsly ground. Process for 1 minute more after adding olive oil and lime juice.
Add yogurt, cilantro, cumin and garlic. Process until smooth, approximately 2 minutes.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
