Ingredients

3 Dempster's Whole Wheat English Muffin, split and quartered.
Oven Roasted turkey Breast - Blue Menu - 8 slices
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup steamed Broccoli,
1/2 cup cooked Mushrooms
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 small Scallions, chopped
pinch of Nutmeg
1 12 oz can of fat free evap Milk,
3 Omega 3 eggs
3 Egg whites
Directions
Arrange muffin pieces, crust sides down in an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Add meat, cheese, veggies, grated garlic - top with tomatoes, cut in half.
Combine nutmeg, milk and eggs in a bowl. Stir well. Pour over muffin mixture. Cover and chill overnight.
Uncover strata, bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes.
