    1 13.5 oz can lite coconut milk
    1.5 cups cooked jasmine rice
    .5 Tbs agave nectar


Cook rice.

Heat coconut milk in heavy saucepan over medium heat until it simmers. Add agave and stir until dissolved. Add rice and spices and heat through. Simmer until it thickens but don't allow it to become too dry. The rice will continue to absorb the milk as it cools.

Serve warm or chilled.
Great with fresh fruit!
