    1 bag frozen cauliflower
    2 tsp butter
    1/8 cup of yogurt
    splash of chicken broth
    garlic to taste
    black pepper to taste
    paprika to taste


Steam cauliflower until tender.

In the mean time ..... add yogurt, butter, broth and spices to the food processer bowl. Add cauliflower when tender. Blend well and serve. Adjust spices to your taste.

Also good with dill as a side for fish.

You can make this without a food processer but it it is much better with a food processor.
