    1 pound pork sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    1 package mixed frozen stir-fry vegetables (snow peas, green beans, mixed peppers, green beans, squash)
    1 package frozen broccoli cuts
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can baby corn, drained and rinsed
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 small zucchini, diced into bite-sized pieces
    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    2 tablespoons oyster sauce


In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Saute pork pieces until cooked through. Remove from pan; set aside and keep warm. Add frozen vegetables, stirring until thawed. Add baby corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and zucchini pieces. Add hoisin sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until veggies are coated and heated through. Return pork to skillet; heat through. Serve with cooked rice if desired.
