    1/4 cup Margarine
    1/3 cup Flour, white, all-purpose
    3/4 cup Milk
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    500g Chicken Thigh
    110g-can Mushrooms, drained
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1/2 tsp Salt


Melt butter in a large sauce pan, or dutch oven if making a lot. Stir in flour and cook till smooth an bubbly.
Add milk and chicken broth all at once and stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Add meat, mushrooms, salt and pepper and heat through.
Serve over toast or biscuits.
