Ingredients

    12 pound tomato(es)
    6 large stalk celery
    6 medium bell pepper(s)
    6 medium onion(s)
    1 cup sugar
    4 Tbsp table salt
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

-Put vegetables through food processor and then simmer until tender.
-Put through food mill to remove bulk.
-Put liquid vegetable juice in a stainless steel pot and add sugar and spices.
-Bring to a boil and then put in hot sterile canning jar or freeze in freezer bags after cooled.
-Pressure cook jars 45min for quarts, 35min for pints.
-When mixing soup add 1/4 cup flour to each quart of liquid and then simmer until thickened.

Makes 40 one-cup servings.
