    1 container of Low fat Cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1 large carrot shredded
    1 large zuchini shredded
    1c Spinach Chopped
    I pkg lasanga noodles
    Cooked Ground beef
    3cps tomato sauce
    4 I italiano cheese 1c
    1 bell pepper chopped in rings
    1/2 egg plant thinly sliced


Mix cottage cheese, eggs, carrots and zuchinni together.
Put thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan then first layer of noodles,
Use half cottage cheese mixture, then a layer of eggplant, top with noodles then add sauce, hamburger, spinach then noodles, next use more cottage cheese mixture, topped with noodles, then sauce then topped with cheese.

Bake for 40 min let sit for 15 and enjoy!!
