    1 lb gorund beef
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 1/2 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup Biquick Heart Smart
    1 cup water
    3 egg whites


Preheat over to 400 degrees. Grease 9 in. pie plate. Brown ground beef. Season as desired. Drain. Spread ground beef, peas and corn in pie plate. In a bowl mix the remaining ingeadients. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 35 min. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
