    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1/2 medium, chopped fine
    * Garlic, 6 cloves minced
    * Mustard seed, yellow,1/4 tsp.
    * Mustard Greens, 1 pound, rinsed and chopped
    * *Potato, raw, 2 large diced
    * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cups
    * 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    * Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    1 cup water


Saute onion in olive oil. Add garlic and mustard seed. Saute until softened. Add mustard greens, potatoes, garbanzos, seasonings, and water. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on a low simmer. Makes 6 servings. Serve over rice.
