Ingredients



    * Pork sausage All natural (Jimmy Dean), 16 oz
    * Pork Sausage HOT ( Safeway Select), 16 oz
    * Carrots, raw, 208 grams
    * Quaker Oats (Old Fashioned), 2 cup
    * Spinach, fresh, 85 grams
    * Quinoa (Tru Roots), .5 cup
    * Egg white, 2 serving

Directions

Combine sausages. Place oats, quinoa, carrots, spinach,egg whites, and .5 cup of water in Vita Mix. Blend until pureed, add to sausage mix well and fry up in skillet. I use a Pampered Chef ice cream scoop to measure out the patties evenly. This recipe makes 30-1 3/4 oz servings.
