Ingredients

1 cup Red Lentils, pick through and rinsed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp (or to taste) cumin
1.5 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tbsp canola oil
2.5 cups water
1 tsp salt
Directions
Sauté onion and garlic in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add cumin, coriander, lentils, salt and water. Bring up to boil. Lower heat to low setting and cover. Cooks in 20 minuts
