    1 1/4 C raisins
    1/2 C dates
    2 C whole oats
    4 Tbsp honey
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 C cacao nibs


Place raisins and date in a food processor and chop into small pieces. Add oats, honey, and cinnamon and porcess to mix well. Empty into a mixing bowl and add caoao nibs.

Use a Tbsp measure to portion cookies. The dough worked best after chilling to help the cookies to stick together. Place the measured cookie onto wax paper that is on a cookie sheet. Chill until firm.

Serving = 1 cookie
