    1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
    1-4oz can green chiles
    1/2 c. salsa
    2c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 t. oregano


Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Place one tortilla in a hot dry skillet. Spoon bean mixture onto tortilla and spred out to cover all but the very edges of the tortilla. Place another tortilla on top. Cook on stove top until bottom tortilla is browned and "stiff" enough to flip. Then flip over. Cook until browned on bottom again. Cut like a pizza and serve with yogurt or sour cream and salsa for dipping.
