    1 bag Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets, defrosted
    1/4 cup Progresso Parmesan Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup Contadina Bread Crumbs, Roasted Garlic and Savory Spices
    4 TBSP Parmesan Romano Grated Cheese
    1/4 tsp ground red Pepper
    2.5 TBSP Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend
    2/3 cup water
    1 egg


1. in a smaller casserole dish combine both bread crumbs, red pepper, and parmesan cheese.
2. In a medium bowl mix up buttermilk powder, water, and egg
3. dip fish in milk/egg mixture then coat in bread crumb mixture.
4. Place in a large baking dish coated with non stick spray.
5. Bake in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes
6. If you want a crisper topping turn oven to broil and let cook until desired crispness.
