Ingredients

1 large steak, cook on indoor grill and cut up
1 bag of frozen rice, microwave
1 bag of frozen or fresh stir fry veggies, microwave
    1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup Asian salad dressing (I used Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame)

Directions

1. Cook the steak on an indoor grill, or fry in pan with cooking spray. (I cooked on a George Foreman style grill and steak was done by the time rice and veggies were microwaved.)
2. Microwave the rice according to the package (about 4 minutes).
3. Microwave the mixed veggies according to package (about 3- 4 minutes for fresh or 5-6 minutes for frozen).
4. While food cooks (from above steps), heat a large fry pan on medium-high.
5. While fry pans heats up, add 2 tsp minced garlic to about 1 tbsp canola oil (or use cooking spray). Stir that around and get it heated just a bit.
6. Add cooked veggies to garlic in fry pan. Stir around to mix.
7. Add 1/4 cup Asian salad dressing and 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce.
8. Slice steak and add to veggies in fry pan.
9. Stir fry all ingredients about 2-4 minutes to warm sauce.

Serve stir-fry meat and veggies on top of rice.
