    1 pound baby carrots, quatered lengthwise
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp butter
    salt, pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in saucepan and turn heat to med-high. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, cover pan and reduce heat to med-low for 5 minutes.

Remove cover and bring heat back to med-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all liquid is gone and carrots are cooking in butter sauce only.

Makes 6-8 servings.
