    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 banana
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/8 tsp cinnamon


Cook oatmeal in milk and water according to package directions.In a seperate bowl slice banana into rounds and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and cook in microwave for thirty seconds and stir into oatmeal.
