Introduction

Just got back from Mexico and the way they make the guacamole there is so fresh. This is my version of that. Just got back from Mexico and the way they make the guacamole there is so fresh. This is my version of that.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Avacados
    1/2 cup of yellow onions(finely chopped)
    2 plum tomatoes finely chopped
    1-2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice

Directions

Cut half of a yellow onion finely and put into medium size bowl
add chopped plum tomatoes as well as lemon juice
Cut open the 3 avacados and in the same bowl use a fork to smash down the avacado into other ingredients. Slightly stir afterwords to mix everything together. Serve with warm tortilla chips
