    1 lb of ground beeg or ground turkey
    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can of sweet corn
    I can of diced tomatoes
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 pkg of taco seasoning
    1 can of black beans


All ingredients go into large soup pan. Let simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve with or without cheese and sour cream.
