Ingredients

    1 cup roasted tomato salsa (or your favorite salsa)
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    3 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Directions

Combine the salsa, vinegar, oil and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
