Ingredients

    2 cups of unthawed, unsweetened whole strawberries
    1 packet of lemonade crystal light
    4 oz fat free vanilla or strawberry yogurt
    2 cups Hood fat free dairy beverage
    2 tsp Splenda
    water optional

Directions

In a blender, add all the ingredients and puree. You may need to add some water if you don't like it so thick.
