this is my version of Shepard's pie this is my version of Shepard's pie
Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb ground turkey
    1 16oz frozen mixed veggies
    1 8oz. fresh mushrooms
    3 medium russet potatoes
    1 pad of butter
    3 tbs 1% milk


chop potatoes in to chunks, and start them to boil while you brown the ground turkey, cook mushrooms in with the ground turkey, heat the frozen mixed veggies. use a round casserole dish and pour the ground turkey and mushrooms into the bottom, pour mixed veggies on top. whip the potatoes with one pad of butter and the 3 tbs of milk. spoon on top of the mixed veggies and bake at 350 for 30 min.

makes 10 -12 one cup servings
