    6 oz jar of marinated artichokes hearts, drained and coarsley
    1 package of Stoffers Creamed Spinach
    3 tbsp lite mayo
    3 tbsp lite sour cream
    1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
    1 garlc clove minced


Preheat oven at 375. Place artichokes in a mixing bowl, add spinach, mayo, sour cream, garlic and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until heated through. Makes 16 - 2 tbsp per serving. Enjoy!
