    20 asparagus spears (cleaned)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    5 sheets of phillo dough (cut each sheet into 4 squares = 20 squares) keep dough on a wet paper towel and covered)


Pre heat oven to 375. While oven is preheating put aspaparagus in a bowl add olive oil, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Mix with hands coating the aspapagus with oil mixture.
Take one of the sheets and brush lightly with water place asaragus at one end and roll place on a large baking sheet do the same with the rest and when all are on the baking sheet put in oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until dough is golden. Enjoy!! 10 servings = 2 spears.
