    4 oz chicken breast cut into 8 thin strips
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 tsp honey
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    8 presoaked wooden skewers


thread chicken onto skewers. Mix lemon juice,soy sauce and honey together in a small bowl. Brush over chicken and let marinade for 20 minutes. After marinading for 15 minutes preheat broiler on high. Line a broil pan with foil. Cook chicken for about 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings 4 kabobs each.
