Ingredients

    Ingredients

    * 1/8 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
    * 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese, drained
    * 2-3/4 teaspoons dry bread crumbs
    * 2-1/2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    * 1/8 egg, lightly beaten
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    * 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    * 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 1 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    * 1/3 cup meatless spaghetti sauce, divided


Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the crab, cottage cheese, bread crumbs,1 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, egg, egg substitute, parsley, onion powder and garlic powder. Spread on noodle; roll up tightly. Spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce in a small square baking dish. Place roll-ups, seam side down, in dish. Top with remaining sauce.
2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
