    * *Steaks Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz
    * *14.5 oz can tart cherries, packed in water, 14.5 oz
    * *Holland House White Cooking Wine, 3 tbsp
    * *Raisins- Ralphs Seedless Raisins 4.5 oz
    * *Heinz chili sauce, 6 tbsp
    * *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp
    * *Black Pepper, .5 tsp
    * *Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar, 4 tsp


Put raisins in bowl and pour juice from cherries over them.
Preheat oven to 350
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.
Place chicken in glass pan
Add wine, chili sauce, brown sugar, cherry juice and raisins into pan that chicken was cooked in. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until sauce begins to reduce.
Pour sauce over chicken, bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Basting occasionally.
Take chicken out of oven and sprinkle cherries on and around chicken.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally, or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
I serve this with couscous and spoon the extra sauce over.
