    1 lb 96% lean ground beef
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 cup progresso bread crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 425

Grease cookie sheet with non stick spray

Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl, form into 1 1/2 inch balls.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
