Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef (93% lean)
1 tsp. EVOO
1/2 med. onion chopped
3 garlic cloves pressed or chopped
1 tsp. salt/1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. flour (thicken)
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup red wine
2.5 cups egg noodles
1 tsp. organic blue agave syrup (if it is too tart)
Optional:
2 Bay leafs
1 tsp. ranch dip mix
1 tsp parsley
Directions
makes 6 servings. Put onions, garlic, and EVOO in pan to soften then put beef in and brown. Add remainder of ingredients. (before you add flour mix with milk and wisk into rest of ingredients in pan to avoid lumps).
*Adding a teaspoon of ranch dip mix adds flavor to it
Also i put 2 bay leafs in.
let it simmer with noodles (after cooked al dente) for about 15 min.
