Ingredients

    1 Packet Williams Chipotle Taco Seasoning (or your favorite, I'm not very good at mixing my own spices although it would certainly reduce the sodium content)

    1 lb Ground Pork

    La Tiara Taco Shells (12 pack) (I prefer these because they're small so I can eat about 4 or so and not feel guilty!)

    A spoonfull or two of home made pico de gallo. I use 6 roma tomatoes diced, one clove garlic minced, a pinch of cilantro chopped, 1 seeded jalepeno, 1 small red onion diced, and the juice of half a lime. Makes about 3.5 cups.

Directions

Brown ground pork in a medium pan. Use EVOO if necessary.

When pork is browned (no pink) add taco seasoning according to package directions.

Assemble taco with taco meat and Pico. Additional ingredients will change nutritional values. Enjoy!
