Introduction

Great for parties, make ahead! Don't cheat on the servings :) This is great served at room temperature and I've seen the leftovers go straight from fridge to mouth! Great for parties, make ahead! Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 package hot italian sausage
    1 package frozen chopped spinach, drained/sqeeze dry
    1 egg
    1 pillsbury pizza crust (original)
    2 cups greated Kraft Italian 3 cheese blend
    Red pepper flakes to taste
    Garlic chopped to taste (I use 5 cloves)

Directions

Squeeze sausage out of casings and brown with garlic and red pepper. DRAIN WELL! Cool then crumble.
Mix spinach, egg and 1/2 the cheese in a bowl and nuke on 1/2 power 3 minutes or until cooked.
Roll out dough on large greased cookie sheet into a rectangle. Sprinkle 2/3 cooled sausage in center 1/3 of the longest length, top with 3/4 spinach mixture (evenly) and sprinkle cheese. fold over one side to cover. Top with remaining ingredients, same order and fold over other side to cover. Pinch ends closed and make sure top is sealed.

Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 40 minutes. Done when golden brown. Let cool some and loosen bottem with spatula and then cut into 18 slices.
