Introduction

I used whole wheat penne with this recipe, but any pasta that holds up to a thick sauce will be perfect. For more protein, sometimes I add up to one pound of chicken breasts. This will not affect the flavor whatsoever. Just adds more texture. I used whole wheat penne with this recipe, but any pasta that holds up to a thick sauce will be perfect.
