Ingredients
-
1 Mission Carb Balance tortilla
1 tablespoon pasta sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4th cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4th cup shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon oregano
Directions
Take out the tortilla and lay it flat. Take one tablespoon sauce, spread it out. Put garlic powder or whatever seasonings you want and mix together with a spoon on the tortilla. Top with cheese.
Fold tortilla in half, then fold up the edges. Press really hard on the edges so it lays flatter, it will stay down once we do the next step.
Take a drizzle of olive oil and pour it on the tortilla. Spread out with the bottom of a spoon, making sure the seam gets covered. This well make it stay closed. Then, sprinkle oregano, a dash of garlic powder, and peccorino, or whatever spices you wish. Put a little olive oil on the folded up ends to help that stick too.
When all that is done, put in the in the oven. 400 for 8 minutes, or until browned just a little.
Obviously if you change it up, the carb count and calories will differ, but if you use a little pepperoni or other meat, the carb count will remain pretty accurate.
Makes one serving.
